Dr. Shah was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. He went on to complete an Honors degree in Biochemistry at the University of Western Ontario before accepting a spot at the SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Shah is very active in continuing education and went on to advance his training by completing an additional residency at Ellis Hospital in Albany, NY.

Since completing his residency, Dr. Shah practiced in NY state for a year, private practice in Chicago for 6 years and finally settled into Michigan in 2022. Dr. Shah brings his passion for continuing education in various areas of dentistry including root canal therapy, and oral surgery. In addition to this, Dr. Shah has taken continuing education in implant placement. Dr. Shah takes great pride in taking the time to hear the patient’s concerns and goals regarding dental treatment. The most important aspect of patient care revolves around what the patient needs and delivering that care in a manner that makes the patient comfortable and going beyond the expectations of the patient. Each patient is unique, which is why Dr. Shah places an emphasis on sitting down with every patient and developing a treatment plan that both the patient and himself are happy with.
